A local dumpster company, not a call center
Marshallzo Co. runs its own trucks and containers out of a yard on Steely in Irvine. When you call, you speak with the people who dispatch the driver, which is why we can commit to a two-hour delivery window and actually keep it.
Most national booking sites are brokers. They take your card, forward the order to whichever hauler is cheapest that day, and disappear when the container shows up late or the wrong size arrives. We are the hauler. If something goes wrong, there is one number to call and we answer it.
We work with homeowners tackling a garage, contractors running several jobs at once, roofers on a two-day tear-off, and property managers who need the same container in the same approved spot every month. Different needs, same standard: show up when we said, protect the property, and quote the whole price upfront.

Choosing the right container size
10 yard. Roughly three pickup loads. The right box for concrete, tile, dirt and roofing, where weight runs out long before space does. Also ideal for a single bathroom or a one-car garage.
20 yard. Our most requested size and the safe default for a kitchen and bathroom remodel together, a full garage plus furniture, or a single-layer shingle tear-off.
30 and 40 yard. For light, bulky material: cabinetry, framing scrap, packaging, whole-house cleanouts and commercial tenant improvements. Not for masonry or soil.
If you are between two sizes, tell us the materials rather than the square footage. Material density decides the answer, and we will recommend the smaller box when it genuinely fits.

What our customers say
We were mid-kitchen-demo and realized the 10-yard box we had ordered elsewhere was going to be half the size we needed. Marshallzo swapped us to a 20 the next morning and put plywood down without being asked. The driver actually looked at our pavers first.
Dana R. — Woodbridge, Irvine
I run three to five jobs at a time and I judge suppliers on one thing: does the swap happen when they said it would. It has, consistently, for about two years now. Invoicing is clean too.
Miguel A. — General Contractor, Santa Ana
We had to empty my mother's house during probate. The crew was patient with us, set aside every document and photo album, and gave us a written list of things they weren't sure about. That mattered more than the price.
Karen and Phil S. — Mission Viejo

Learn moreCommon questions about renting a dumpster
How quickly can you deliver a dumpster?
Same-day delivery is often available in Irvine and central Orange County when you call before noon. Next-morning service is standard everywhere else in our area.
What sizes do you offer?
10, 20, 30 and 40-yard roll-off containers. Heavy materials such as concrete, tile and soil go in low-wall 10 or 20-yard boxes.
How long is a standard rental?
Seven days. Daily extensions are available, and short weekend rentals are common for garage and yard projects.
Do you protect the driveway?
Yes. Plywood under the container rails is standard on every residential placement at no extra charge.
What cannot go in the container?
Paint, solvents, oil, pesticides, batteries, tires, propane tanks, asbestos material and refrigerant appliances. We will direct you to the right facility for those.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not if you mark the placement spot clearly and authorize the drop. Our driver will call from the truck either way.
