Planning Waste Disposal for a Home Renovation
A phase-by-phase approach to keeping a remodel site clear.
- Same-day delivery available
- Driveway protection included
- Transparent, all-in pricing
The debris on a renovation does not arrive evenly. Demolition produces a flood, framing produces a trickle, and finish work produces packaging. One container for the whole job is usually the wrong plan.
Phase one: demolition
The heaviest, densest week. Plaster, tile, cast iron and old flooring. Order a heavy-rated container and expect to fill it faster than you think.
Phase two: rough construction
Lumber offcuts, sheathing scrap and packaging. Lighter and bulkier; a bigger box on a longer rental window works well.
Phase three: finish and punch list
Cardboard, foam and pallets. This is often best handled with a single junk removal visit rather than another container sitting in the driveway for a week.
