How quickly can you deliver a dumpster?
Same-day delivery is often available in Irvine and central Orange County when you call before noon. Next-morning service is standard everywhere else in our area.
What sizes do you offer?
10, 20, 30 and 40-yard roll-off containers. Heavy materials such as concrete, tile and soil go in low-wall 10 or 20-yard boxes.
How long is a standard rental?
Seven days. Daily extensions are available, and short weekend rentals are common for garage and yard projects.
Do you protect the driveway?
Yes. Plywood under the container rails is standard on every residential placement at no extra charge.
What cannot go in the container?
Paint, solvents, oil, pesticides, batteries, tires, propane tanks, asbestos material and refrigerant appliances. We will direct you to the right facility for those.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not if you mark the placement spot clearly and authorize the drop. Our driver will call from the truck either way.
How is pricing structured?
Delivery and pickup, the rental period, an included tonnage allowance, and disposal for anything over it. We quote all four upfront.
Do you serve commercial accounts?
Yes, including recurring swap schedules, multi-site property management and net terms for established contractors.
What happens if I overload the container?
Debris must sit level with the top rail so the load can be legally tarped. If it is overfilled, our driver cannot take it and will ask you to remove the excess, which costs everyone time.
Can I put a dumpster on the street?
Usually yes with a temporary encroachment permit from the city. On HOA-managed private streets, the association sets the rules instead.
How much weight is included?
Typically two to four tons depending on container size and material class. Your quote states the exact allowance and the per-ton rate above it.
Do you offer heavy-debris containers?
Yes. Concrete, brick, tile, asphalt and soil go in low-wall containers filled to a marked line, which keeps the load legal for transport.
Can you swap a full container for an empty one?
Yes, and within our core Orange County radius a swap called in before noon is often completed the same afternoon.
What areas do you serve?
Irvine and central Orange County are our core radius, with next-morning coverage countywide and scheduled service into neighboring Southern California counties.
Do you take mattresses and furniture?
Yes, both go in a standard container. California also runs a mattress recycling program if you prefer that route for a single item.
Is a written quote available?
Always. Send the quote form and we will reply with delivery, pickup, rental period, tonnage allowance and overage rate in writing.
